General

Check-In: on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m
Check-Out: on your departure day, you must check out of the apartment by 10:00 am.
The prices are in Euro per apartment and day excl. local tax and final cleaning.
The local tax is Euro 2.60 per person and day, there is no tax for children up to 15 yrs. old.
Final cleaning: Ruby apartment from 85 Euro, Emerald apartment from 100 Euro, Diamond apartment from 110 Euro.
Deposit: after receiving our reservation confirmation, we ask that you transfer a deposit fee of ca. 30%. We will send you the bank details by email (only cash payments are possible on site).
Payment options: 1 week before arrival by bank transfer or cash upon check-in. We do not accept credit cards.
Pets: Dogs are allowed on request. The stay for your dog costs € 25,- per day without food. We reserve the right to charge for any necessary final cleaning or damage to the flat.

Cancellation Conditions

For cancellations, the general terms & conditions for the hotel industry.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations/changes made up to 15 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations/changes made up to 14 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 30% of the total amount.
- Cancellations/changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 70% of the total amount.
- Cancellations/changes made up to 2 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations/changes in the event of no-shows and early departures will be charged at 100% of the total amount.
Please note: the legal right of withdrawal is substituted by the respective cancellation policy according to the consumer right's directive of the European Union.
